Child Safeguarding
We are committed to ensuring that all children who use the Club have a safe, positive and fun experience, whatever their level of involvement;
Safeguarding in cricket is based on providing an enjoyable environment and ensuring the safety and welfare of any child involved. This means the Club acknowledging a care of duty must exist and recognising that practical measures are put in place to create a child friendly environment;
The Club has adopted and implemented the ECB 'Safe Hands - Cricket's Policy for Safeguarding Children' and has appointed a Club Welfare Officer who has attended a Sports Coach UK 'Safeguarding and Protecting Children' workshop
