Coaching Sessions
The Under 11s coaching sessions are held on Friday evenings. U11 coach is Jonathan Best
Matches are usually on Thursday Evenings
The U11s play Gordon Bowers cricket: Teams consist of 10 children, who bat in pairs, with each pair facing 2 overs. The score starts with 200 runs & runs are added as normal, and ‘outs’ merely subtract 8 runs from the total (the batter plays on). With the exception of the wicket-keeper all players bowl at least 2 overs.
